Steps to follow when shopping online at LUBRITA stores


  1.   Choose and select your local country from the home page. 

  2.   View the products or application that you are interested in, with appropriate packages and prices. 

  3.   Select product and add it to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.

  4.   If you wish to continue shopping, repeat the process.

  5.   Once you have entered your details, check that they are correct.

  6.   Inform us on how you want your order to be sent to you, via one of our partner’s office store or express delivery.

  7.   Select a payment method: Bank Transfer, Cash, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Pay Pal.

  8.   Confirm the order.

  9.   You will receive an email confirming your order.

If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible.
If no stock is available, it will be removed from the LUBRITA country website.

WHY MIGHT MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUSED?

  • Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:


- The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.
- You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.
- You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.

CAN I INCLUDE MY COMPANY’S DETAILS ON MY INVOICE?

Yes. Simply click on the business option in personal details and fill in the tax information we require.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON THE WESITE?

Yes, the data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. For payments with Visa and Mastercard only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.

It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc.) or to the LUBRITA store localy.

No. The delivery country must always be the same country in which the purchase was made.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Standard stores deliveries normally takes bewteen 2 to 5 working days.

HOW MUCH DO I PAY FOR DELIVERY SERVICE?

Store delivery – FREE.
Special delivery depend on how much liters (kg) or intems was ordered.

WHAT IS THE HOME DELIVERY PROCESS?

If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse), and another email with the tracking number (with a link to the courier's web page) and finally the courier will send you a text message or email to inform you of your delivery.

WHAT IS THE STORE DELIVERY PROCESS?

If you have chosen store delivery, we will send you a message when your order has arrived (you will have 10 days to collect it). It is necessary for the recipient to show the order number and a form of identification before receiving the goods.
